As a friends and family member you'll see why so many of our existing clients refer their friends and family to Excalibur to build their new home. Simply register your friend or family member with Excalibur prior to them contacting a Realtor, Excalibur or visiting an Excalibur home and we can take care of the rest. To recognize your assistance in making a sale on custom portfolio homes as well as quick move-in homes, Excalibur will pay you a $1,000 referral fee at closing.  If they are already working with a realtor or have already contacted Excalibur, the friends and family program does not apply.
