Available Lots

Excalibur has developments that you can purchase a Lot only; without the usual Lot / House package; currently, Black Tooth Ranch is available for this type of purchase.  At Black Tooth Ranch you can either hold the Lot or have Excalibur custom design and build a home now or sometime in the future when you're ready.   The available Lots at Hidden Bridge Ranch and The Meadows are required to have a home designed and built by Excalibur within 90 days of purchase.   Take a look at a list of our Available Lots below!
